Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
Because all of our items are made to order through a Print-on-Demand partner (Gelato), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer remorse, incorrect orders or sizing, or simply because the item isn't what was expected.
We do accept refund or reprint requests for:
- Manufacturing errors
- Damaged or defective products
- Items lost or not delivered
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- A clear photo (or video) of the issue
- Your order number or receipt
- All affected items in one frame (if multiple items)
If the issue qualifies, we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund your order.
Please note: slight variations in print color, placement (up to 0.5"), and cropping are normal and not considered defects.
📝 Shipping Costs
Please note that we don't charge for your item to be shipped to you, however, If a return is approved, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Please note: Because all items are fulfilled through a third-party print partner (Printify), all refund and reprint requests are subject to their approval. I will always advocate for you and work to make things right whenever possible.

Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer exchanges.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or made-to-order products (like art prints)
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — but only if the item is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and not personalized. Proof of purchase is required.
