Thank you for shopping with Imagination Creations.
Most items in this shop are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and packed with care. Please read below for shipping details before placing your order.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are usually packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Custom or made-to-order items, if available, may require additional processing time. Any extra timing will be discussed or listed before purchase.
Shipping Method
Orders are typically shipped through USPS. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking will be provided when available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is included with your selected shipping method.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other postal service issues. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of my direct control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Imagination Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, please check the tracking information first and contact the shipping carrier for updates.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Because these are handmade items, damage concerns are handled case by case.
Packaging
Happy Little Creatures are packed with care and may include a tiny fortune, envelope, care/safety information, and decorative packaging depending on the item.
